Remove Wax Stain From Carpet

Using heat rather than cold remove more candle wax and is the best method for candle wax removal.

Remove wax stain from carpet.

Scrape off the wax. Don t rub hard that wears carpet fibers. Be careful and do not use a very hot iron. To remove wax from carpet use a knife or plastic card to scrape up excess dried wax.

Don t be too rough with the carpet as you don t want to cut the threads. Place a brown paper bag or card stock over the wax stain and keep a towel nearby to protect the rest of the carpet. Like all stains the quicker you get to it the easier it will be to remove. Whichever method you choose will depend on your preference and what items you have to hand.
